Using the master data administration of TanzProfi you can easily create and manage dance courses in consideration of
localities and school or studio vacation. The automatic course planner will calculate the days of your courses considering
all restrictions. TanzProfi makes it easy to create new customers, assign them to courses and calculate membership fees.
Different search options will allow you to survey interested persons as well as active and passive members.
Using the TanzProfi editor you will find two easy ways to create serial letters. One is setting up a new template with
this exact tool, the other is using templates, generated with office or graphic applications. After importing them as a PDF
file you can draw form cells into the document.
Connecting these templates with your course data will automatically create letters and therefore simplify your correspondence
significantly. An editor to create your own course and event lists is integrated as well.
