Hyper-V Management Console for XP and other OS's allows remote management of Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization Server from XP and other OS's not supported by Microsoft's remote mangement tools. Microsoft Remote Adminstration Tools for Hyper-V are supported only on Vista and above operating systems. There is a need for remote mangement from exisitng XP and otehr operating systems that Microsoft has chosen to ignore. This tool meets that need.
Microsoft Hyper-V Sever comes with a management console that is supported on Windows Server 2008 or Vista operating systems. There is no support for remote management of Hyper-V Server or the virtual machines hosted on the server from other operating systems including XP which is the dominant client OS today. Our Hyper-V Management Console runs on XP and most other operating systems and allows you to manage Hyper-V systems remotely
