AutoSaveXL is an add-in for MS Excel 2000 and MX Excel XP that is used to automatically save the files periodically. Unlike default add-in AutoSaveXL doesn't ask questions, can create as much backup copies as you wish and has two modes of operation -- always update real file or create "snapshots" in different files.

AutoSaveXL is a solution that make your data safe if MS Excel crashes, secure your data against operator error or virus evil action, keep track of Excel spreadsheet changes, backup Excel files automatically. This small plugin for MS Excel will save a copy of the workbook periodically to the specified place (be it your hard disk or network storage).
