Find Desktop is the entry level solution for Document Management. The extreme simplification of all operations,
allows you to drammatically decrease the time needed to find, view and elaborate documents. Find Desktop is
integrated with a powerful "full-text" retrieval engine, supported by O.C.R. (optical character recognition) engine.
This allows you to search directly in the text, starting from one word or exact phrase contained in electronic or
image documents. Other important functions are the mail indexing system, the enhanced scanning functions (with virtual
annotation capabilities) as well as the management of the classification fields associated with documents render
Find Desktop the fast and economic solution for document management. Find Desktop is equipped of technology "Highlight"
that evidences directly on the original document (image file or electronic file) the search results and supports the
most common electronic document formats (Adobe Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc..) with search
capabilities also in ZIP file. The Automatic Web Update allows you to maintain the software always up to date.

Key Features of Find Desktop :
- Friendly user interface
The interface is user-friendly and "Windows like". All the operations (copy, paste, new folder etc.)
are available in the toolbars and in the context menu.
- Indexed folders selection
You can select the folders that you want to include in the index with a one-click operation.

You can define one or more Fields to associate with documents.
You can build complex queries by using the automatic query generator.
- Mail indexing
Find Desktop allows you to index the e-mail. You can search for a word in the e-mail text or in the attachments.
- Image management and virtual annotations
The enhanced image management module allows you to scan and manage image documents.
You can also add "Virtual annotations" on the documents, and search for them.
- OCR Engine
The integrated OCR engine allows you to search in the text of the scanned documents.
- Search result
Find Desktop is equipped with "Highlight" technology that allows you to show the
search result directly on the original file (also with image documents).
