The PDF is an electronic document format developed by Adobe and completely preserves fonts, style, colors and images of any source documents. It has many outstanding features, for example, it supports cross-platform and encryption. Now PDF documents are widely used and become standards in office documents in the world. However, as far as I know, many people do not know how to make PDF documents. In fact, a lot of software can be used to create PDF documents, like Adobe PageMaker, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and PDFFactory Pro, etc. 

Here, I would like to introduce a software that called Kingsoft Office Suite Pro. It is easy to use and has a build-in PDF converter. You can design and make office documents, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Spreadsheet files, then convert them to PDF documents by the built-in PDF converter. But many users do not notice the useful function. The build-in PDF converter is extremely simple and convenient. You do not need  to install any PDF plug-ins. As long as you can use the Office software and you can create PDF files. This article will introduce how to make PDF documents with the Kingsoft office software easily!

Step 1: Open the Kingsoft Office Suite and make office documents.

Step 2: Convert office documents to PDF files.

There is a small PDF icon at the top left of the software and you can click on it after completed a office document.



That pops up a dialog box and it reminds you to choose the location  of the generated PDF documentation. You can also click the advanced option button to set advanced output parameters and encrypt PDF documents.




Step 3: Click "Close" to complete. and then you can view PDF documents in your specified saving location.
